First, lets look at how the money is raised:

With the bank and the card, the next step is to register a card, you can choose the option by right-clicking on the bank. Then put the card in the first slot and set a password, you can change it later. It is very important to always remember the password, because it is impossible to recover it.

The transaction option is very easy to use. Just enter your card and password and a menu will open. To add money, just put the coins in the first slot, and to withdraw money, choose the coins you want and put them in your inventory.
